At JPE, every effort deserves to be recognized. Through our Model Employee Awards, we honor every colleague who stands firm in their role every day.

This year, our Kaohsiung facility hosted a heartfelt event — the “JPE Model Employee Awards.”
More than a celebration, it was a moment for the team to truly see and understand one another again.
At JPE, we believe that the strength of a company is never built by one individual alone, but by the daily dedication, professionalism, and persistence of every team member.
This year’s awards were presented in four categories aligned with our core values: Pragmatic Reliability, Pursuit of Excellence, Precision & Innovation, and Sustainable Growth — allowing each recipient to shine where their strengths matter most.

Through open voting, self-nominations, and peer recommendations, every vote reflected genuine observation; every comment was a heartfelt recognition of silent contributions.



What we witnessed in this recognition event was more than the awards themselves —
it was the deepening of trust and connection as colleagues nominated and acknowledged one another’s efforts.
This spirit of “seeing each other” lies at the heart of JPE’s culture.
